Sign Up For Courses

Before signing up for fall term courses, you may wish to browse the Catalog to make sure that the courses you're interested in are still open for enrollment. For a complete description of our fall program courses and our special interest groups, you may wish to download and review our Fall 2010 Course Book.

For the first time, our members will have the option of choosing how many parking tags they wish to purchase. Thus, if you will be driving yourself to each class meeting at River’s Crossing, you will need to order the number of parking tags listed on the registration form. If you carpool, order accordingly. Parking tag fees are not refundable. Please keep in mind that OLLI@UGA is not responsible for payment of parking tickets received during OLLI@UGA activities. To register for fall term classes:

1. If you're not already a member, print out and fill in our Membership Form.

2. Print a copy of the Fall 2010 Registration Form. 

a. Write your NAME, PHONE NUMBER and EMAIL ADDRESS in the spaces provided.

b. Place an ‘x’ in the blank column on the left-hand side of the form to select the course(s) for which you wish to register.

c. For each course selected, fill in the three blank columns on the right-hand side of the form as follows:

• Course Fee
• Parking Fees (if not applicable, enter a zero)
• Number of parking tags (if not applicable, enter a zero)
  

d. Total the class and parking fees and the number of parking tags purchased by summing the numbers you entered into each column.

3. Complete the Payment to OLLI@UGA forms on page 3 of the Registration Form. Fill in the requested information and transfer your three sums (class fees, parking fees and number of parking tags purchased) from your Registration Form to the appropriate blanks on this form.

4. If you need a new name badge or table name tent, fill out the Name Tag and Table Tent Request Form on page 4 of the Registration Form. Submit it with the rest of your registration information.

5. Retain one copy of your completed "Payment to OLLI@UGA" form as a record of your payment.

6. Mail a check, payable to OLLI@UGA for the total amount owed, along with your completed registration and payment forms to:

Classes fill quickly! Participation in EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION, which ends Friday, September 3, 2010 is strongly encouraged.
